2 child family

So a few days ago, we sent an update message and assured everyone that I would be updating the blog. I mean, how hard could that be - it only takes a few minutes...Well, a few minutes seems often elusive in our new family household. I am so grateful that Heather is home. The first few days, I thought: "I am glad that she is home. It makes it all really easy." Then: " I am glad that she is home, it makes it easier. To now which is: " I am so glad she is home, I am sure that we will survive!". Seriously, we are doing pretty well. We have had a few evening meltdowns, with both children crying etc..Then there was the night that Jason purposefully peed all over the stairs during a time out. But, then sometimes, the magic is there. Keira and Jason are laughing together. We are all at the dinner table, and they are making sounds back and forth. In other respects, the hous eis totally insane. Jason got up from his nap and tried to fight his way into the potty sayng, "Look look, come see a BIG mess! Wow, what a big mess!"

Our friends are having a big bash for us tomorrow so that should be pure mayhem but a lot of fun. We have also started planning a baby welcoming ceremony at Minwaashin Lodge for December 7. I WILL try and keep updating this blog.
